Jason Matthew Zimmerman, age 23, of Freehold, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday July 31, 2018. Jason was born August 30, 1994 in Brooklyn, New York to Holli Chernicoff Zimmerman and Charles Zimmerman.
Jason is survived by; father Charles Zimmerman and mother Holli Zimmerman; sister Samantha Zimmerman; grandmother Sandra Fallick and grandfather Arnold Chernicoff. Also survived by his uncle and aunt: Andrew and Nicola Chernicoff and cousins.
Funeral Services for Jason will be held Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 3:30 PM. at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726.
The Period of Mourning will be at the Family Residence as follows: Thursday following the Funeral, Friday: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
