

Jeffrey was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to New Jersey in 1974. He was married to his wife Elyse for almost 57 years.
Jeffrey worked as an accountant, he loved the arts and loved broadway. He even wrote and directed several theatrical plays.
He is survived by his wife Elyse, his son Arthur (Masha) Milstein, his daughter Amy Whitcomb, his brother Stewart (Dorothy) Milstein, and his four grandchildren; Max and Eric Whitcomb, and Samuel and Isabella Milstein.
Funeral Services will be held at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 2:00pm. Guests should arrive at the funeral home at 1:15pm.
Interment will follow at Beth El Cemetery, Perrineville, NJ.
The family will be sitting shiva at Amy's home on Thursday after the burial from 4:30-8:30pm. On Friday the family will be at Elyse's home from 12-5:30pm. The family will then return to Amy's home on Saturday evening from 7:30-9:30pm. On Sunday Elyse, Amy, and Arthur will be sitting at their own homes from 12-3pm.
