

Joshua William Geyer, loving Son, Brother and Friend to many died at the young age of 36. Josh’s life was tragically taken on Friday, December 20, 2019 after being struck by a commercial vehicle while in a cross-walk just a block from his Manhattan apartment.
Josh was born on September 5, 1983 in Bremerton, Washington and grew up in Orlando, Florida. He attended the NYU Tish School of Performing Arts and subsequently graduated with a B.S.B.A from the University of Central Florida.
With a passion for life, Josh loved his family and friends to the depths of his soul. His trademark smile and unique laugh were infectious and endearing. He will be remembered for his kind and compassionate heart and his inclusive embrace of every person he met. From a very young age Josh loved to dance and sing and kept the world entertained with his every move.
Joshua is survived by his father, Fred Bernstein, his mother, Teresa Geyer- Bernstein and best friend and sister, Trista Geyer.
A memorial service for Joshua will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at the First Congregational Church of Winter Park at 9:30am. Immediately after the memorial service Josh will be laid to rest in the Tranquil Oaks Garden at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Winter Park, Florida.
