Joy Sable, age 64, of East Brunswick, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, NJ. Born in Brooklyn, she resided there before moving to East Brunswick, NJ.
She was a claims manager for CNA Financial in Cranbury, NJ.
Joy was predeceased by her father Carl Schechter.
Surviving is her husband Stuart Sable, her son Andrew Sable her mother Sylvia Schechter , and her brother Bruce Schechter and his wife Bonnie.
A chapel service for Joy will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Beth Israel Cemetery Temple of Israel, 1075 Woodbridge Dr, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Donations may be made in Joy's name to Cancer Care at www.cancercare.org or Friends of Animals at www.friendsofanimals.org
Shiva will be observed at Schechter Residence, 97 Caldwell Terrace, Marlboro, NJ ,Wednesday after services till 8pm, Thursday 3-8pm, Friday 12-4pm & Saturday 8-10pm
