Born and raised in Livingston to the late Leo and Ruth Goldberg, Judith has lived in Toms River for many years. Before her retirement she was employed by Marion Security as a security guard for a senior community. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Judy is predeceased by her beloved husband Melvin Panter.
Surviving are her loving children and their spouses Scott and Amanda Panter of Williamstown, Evan Panter and Hilary Fineman of Somerville, and Ryan Panter of Toms River; her dear grandchildren Miles and Mason; as well as many loving family and friends.
