Dear Lenny, Emily and family,

I am heart broken to hear of Julie’s passing. She was not only a wonderful manager/mentor, but a great and fun friend. She was always my go to person for recommendations and advice for living in New York City, weddings, career, family (especially college advice) and living life. 

She enriched so many New York Life employees’ lives and will be greatly missed. I am so grateful that I had the privilege to know her, learn from her and laugh with her.

My Deepest Condolences to Lenny, Emily and family

Family and friends -  You all know this but it’s worth repeating.  Julia’s sense of purpose was unparalleled.  She knew exactly what she wanted and how to make it happen.
Family first - always.  Her love was endless.  She beamed with pride. Never left a conversation without asking about your family.

Friends - committed.  How fortunate were we to be her friends?  She drew you in with her stories. Her honesty.  Her knowing eyes.  Her sense of humor.  Her perfect delivery of punchlines.

Work - focused.  Expert knowledge.  Sharing.  Caring.  Simply outstanding.

Julie did not meander through life.  She grabbed it by the horns.  Her purpose was clear.  Mission accomplished.  She’d have it no other way.

Lenny, Emily and family, I cannot express how sorry I am to hear of Julie’s passing. She was one in a million as I am sure you know. Funny, happy, joyous, smart and sassy. A true gem. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. 💔

Julie was my all time mentor and friend during our time together at NYL.
