Leo Forman, age 85, of Manalapan, NJ, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Mt. Golda Cemetery, 500 Old Country Road, Huntington Station, NY.
