Born in Hartford, CT, she moved to Marlboro, NJ 50 years ago.
Mrs. Fein was a member of Temple Shaari Emeth, Manalapan, and served on the Cemetery Committee for several years. She enjoyed playing Mah Jongg with friends, as well as being active with her grandchildren as they grew to adulthood. Mrs. Fein was a talented artist and painted extensively, having received recognition in many local competitions.
Surviving are her husband Lewis; her son Eric Fein of New Milford, CT; her daughter Nancy Barlow and her husband Allen of Budd Lake; her sister Judy Kramer and her husband Barry of CT; and her 4 grandchildren: Jessica, Sara, and Matthew Fein and Scott Barlow.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Bloomfield Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ. Family will receive family and friends beginning at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, NJ. Family and friends are invited back to the Fein house after the cemetery.
The Period of Mourning will be observed at the Fein residence starting immediately following the burial on Sunday through 7:00 pm and Monday through Wednesday from 1:00-5:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm with a minyan service Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:30 pm.
