Louise is survived by her loving family; husband of 53 years Richard, daughter Allison (Robert) Colantuoni, son Jason (Amy) Bernstein, sister Susan (Michael) Lipack and the loves of her life, grandchildren Brian and Emily. Louise was predeceased by her parents, Seymour and Eleanor Schultz.
Born in Bronx, NY on February 19, 1947, where she met her husband on a blind date, Louise earned her Bachelor's Degree at Lehman College and her Master's degree from Fordham University in Mathematics and Secondary Education. She taught in the Bronx before moving to NJ in 1972 to raise her family. Louise spent the majority of her career at West Windsor Plainsboro High School where she not only taught Algebra/Math, but could often be found chaperoning events, mentoring others and supporting the school sports teams. In 2006 Louise retired to take on her favorite role of all, Nana.
Louise will be buried in a small graveside service at 11:00am on Thursday July 15th at Cedar Park Cemetery in Paramus, NJ. The family will be sitting Shiva at Louise and Richard's home in Monroe Township, NJ, immediately following the funeral on Thursday and will continue through Friday.
