Her strong and independent spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Marilyn is survived by her son Jack Mosesman and his wife Eileen; son Fredrick Mosesman and his wife Edith; daughter Sherri Smilen; grandchildren Amanda, Robert, Stefanie, Erin, Derek, Brooke, Ross, Amber, and Max; great-grandchildren Brianna, Tony, Noel, Mekhi, Jacob, Chloe, Ella, Alexandra, Isaac, Ronen, Lev, Riley, and Madison; and great-great-grandchildren Ellie and Cameron.
She was preceded in death by her husband Milton Karashik in 2009; brother Jack Kopman; sister Faye Midgal; brother Abraham "Pinchy" Kopman; and her twin sister Shirley Greenberg.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 24, 2026 at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726. Friends and extended family should arrive between 10:15am - 10:45am for the 11:00am funeral service.

The burial will immediately follow at 12:30pm at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095.
Shiva will be observed at the residence of Fred and Edith on Friday after the burial until 7:30pm and on Sunday from 10:00am until 8:00pm.
