I love you sweetheart, forever and always ! 

Mrs. Sandusky was my third-grade teacher.  At that time, I had just moved from Saverille to Marlboro and was extremely nervous to start a new school. Mrs. Sandusky brought me so much joy and comfort (I could still remember the first day of school when I was lost and she helped me). Mrs. Sanduksy always used to call me a "baby doll".  She was my absolute favorite teacher and always made learning enjoyable. Mrs. Sandusky, you will always be missed and remembered.

I just heard about Megan, there are no words!  I still have a small book that she gave me when she was in my third grade class.  She was one of my all time favorite students, unforgettable.  My heart breaks for you and all who loved her. 

Ms. Sandusky was my teacher for both second and third grade. However, she was not only a teacher, but an inspiration. Every time I have seen her she has kept a smile from ear to ear and was by far one of the sweetest people I have ever encountered. Not only that, she was caring. She always made sure her students were happy and enjoying learning. It is so devastating that someone so full of love and life has been taken so soon. I give my condolences to her family and friends. I will always miss her.

I am heart broken and send Meg's family  my deepest heart felt sympathy. I had the pleasure of mentoring Meg through her first year of teaching at Dugan. Although as I think back, I am not sure if it wasn't  that she helped me as much as I helped her. As I was nearing the end of my long teaching career Meg helped me to again discover the joys of teaching. I knew from the first day that she had a special talent and gift. Her caring, compassion and love for her students is not something I could teach her but  a special gift she possessed. We would share many thoughts and laughs together during that first year and the years which followed and Meg will always hold a special place in my heart and memory. I wish you peace my friend.

To hear from someone that my locker buddy passed away. I didn't want to believe it. You were so kind and friendly to me during those awkward years of high school. What everyone really needs is just someone to be kind to them and that was you. Thank you for that. I will think of you often Megan. I'm so sorry to your husband and family. May you rest in eternal peace. 

I’m so terribly sorry for your loss.  I can’t even fathom this. My mind is flooded with memories of us playing together at the swim club for years. Sharing New Years with all of our families, birthdays, summer camp. 

A beautiful life cut way too short. Our deepest heartfelt condolences for your loss. I’m so so sorry. 

Miss Sandusky (when my boys had her) will forever hold a special place in my and my boys heart. She was a perfect balance of caring and nurturing all while making students accountable. She is definitely a highlight of my boys early education at Dugan. Rest in Eternal peace.

To John, Robin, Jan, Corey- my heart is broken hearing this news. I have been praying so hard for you all, day and night. Megan was truly one of a kind, she was genuine, an amazing person. From what I know about her, have read about her and have seen myself , I know she was the best daughter, wife, sister, aunt, teacher, friend. Anyone that had the privilege of knowing her was blessed. I wish I had gotten to know her better.  Even though I didn’t know her well, she impacted my life and will continue to do so. In situations where I can bring kindness or a smile, I will and I’ll think of her.  My heart is with you all. 

Mrs.Luciano was one of the most important people in my life. I never knew how big of an impact she made on my life until this afternoon’s unexpected news. Her life and memories will forever live in my heart. My deepest condolences to the family of Megan.

My memories of Megan go back to her high school years at Old Bridge. I met her through my daughter, and their beautiful group of friends. Together the girls  made countless memories together, from birthdays, to proms, to wedding showers and their weddings, 
Megan was full of a life, had a forever beautiful smile, anytime I saw her.    There are no words to say how much she will be missed by so many.   We send our love , our prayers to her husband , John , her  mom and dad, her brother and entire family.   May God send you strength and comfort in the days to come .

I had Ms. Sandusky when I was in the fourth grade and it was her first year of teaching. Now a college graduate with my Masters degree I begin my journey as a teacher in one week. While setting up my classroom last week I thought about Ms. Sandusky and the amazing teacher she was even her first year of teaching. I came back and said to my roommate “Remember Ms. Sandusky? We had her her first year teaching!”. In that moment I said to myself I want to have the impact on my first year students that she had on me. Hearing this news is truly heartbreaking. Thirteen years since I had her and I can still remember the silly states song she taught us to remember the states and capitals and her smile that brightened up the room. Sending my dearest condolences to her family but also wanted to share how much of an impact on my life she had. 

Dear Mrs. Luciano,

You were so special. I’m so sad that you passed away, but I hope you have a great time in heaven.  I was in tears when I heard the news. I miss you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much. I wish to put more o’s, but there would not be a ton of space. You helped me with my work and you were so helpful. I was hoping to visit you in my future years, but sadly that won’t happen. I’m really upset that I can never see you again, but I keep the memories in my heart. We won field day together, did achieve articles, learned cool math, writing better, and learning some science and social studies. But most importantly, me and you made more room in our heart to love more and more people. I am going to really miss you so much. You were an awesome teacher and taught me a lot. Thank you so much. Ms.Sandusky was my third grade teacher, and was one of the kindest teachers I’ve ever had. She made everything fun, and cared for the success of all her students. She made me look forward to going into school everyday, and she truly will be missed. 

Mrs. Luciano was my third grade teacher. She made school enjoyable for my entire class and made us excited to learn. I will always remember her kindness and passion for teaching. She cared so much about her students.

We knew Megan as Ms.Sandusky 10 years ago when she helped my son Bryan,  a shy little boy, learn and grow into a confident student.  Bryan who is now a senior in high school, has never forgotten her love and compassion that she showed him. The world has lost a true gem way too soon. 

She was my teacher in elementary school for two years and was the best type of teacher. She made learning fun and made every student in the class excited to go to school.I am extremely hurt and saddened by this news and want her family and husband to know she made a positive impact on the lives of all the kids she taught.    

Sweet beautiful Megan since the day she was born.  Always had a kind word and a smile on her face and in her heart. She was one of the good people who had so much to offer her family, friends and the sweet children that had the privilege of having her teach them.

Mrs. Luciano (but was Sandusky when my son had her) was an amazing person and teacher. She was kind, sweet, encouraging and made the classroom a welcoming place for all. She was one of my son’s very favorite teachers of all time. I am so saddened to hear this terrible news. It is such a shame for all to lose her so prematurely and that no more children will be able to experience wonderful teaching.
