Melanie was preceded in death by her sister Mindy Kalish; sister-in-law Debbie Klein; and brother-in-law Irwin Belitsky.
Melanie is survived by her husband Melvin J. Belitsky; daughter Joyce Belitsky; daughter Heather Cohen and her husband Samuel; brother Matty Klein; grandson Yosef Chaim Cohen; granddaughter Esther Miriam Cohen; granddaughter Sorah Leah Cohen; grandson Avraham Yakov Cohen; grandson Moshe Aaron Cohen; brother-in-law Larry Kalish; sister-in-law Ellen Belitsky; nephew Ben Klein; nephew Aaron Klein; niece Stacey Kalish; nephew Jason Belitsky; and nephew Darren Belitsky.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 immediately followed by a committal at 2:30 PM at Beth Israel Cemetery Mausoleum, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095.
Shiva will be observed at the Belitsky residence on Sunday, July 24, 2022 beginning at 5:00 PM as well as Monday, July 25, 2022 through Friday, July 29, 2022 beginning at 11:00 AM.
