Born in Brooklyn, NY, Neil resided in Marlboro before moving to Tinton Falls.
Neil served proudly in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.
He was the VP of Sales for the TY Corporation.
Surviving is his son Ryan Haimson and his wife Lia, his granddaughter Kensi Morgan Haimson and his grandson Tyler Jacob Haimson and his companion Cindy Haines.
Neil was predeceased by his wife Marsha Haimson and his sister Carol.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726. Committal services will follow at 2:15 PM at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Ave, West Babylon, NY 11704.
Shiva will be held Sunday after services at Ryan & Lia's Home, 1308 Graymill Dr, Scotch Plains at 5:30pm to 9pm and on Thursday at Cindy Haines Home, 98 Sunset Dr, Tinton Falls at 5pm-9pm
