Pearl is survived by her daughters Sharon Weiss (Stuart) and Joyce Elbaum (Jack); her four granddaughters Stacy Johnson (Chris), Randi Kerner (Scott), Jamie Elbaum (Jordan Levinson), and Lindsay Kotkin (Sean); and seven great-grandchildren Alivia Johnson, Jace Johnson, Quinn Kerner, Noa Johnson, Tatum Kerner, Dylan Kotkin, and Sloane Kotkin.
Mrs. Weitzman was predeceased by her husband Reubin Weitzman in January 2012; brother Henry Gurin; and parents Sol and Ida Gurin.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 followed by a committal service at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095.
Shiva will be observed at the residence of Sharon and Stuart Weiss on Tuesday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Shiva will also be held at the residence of Joyce and Jack Elbaum on Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pearl's memory may be made to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org) and/or the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
