Phyllis is survived by her husband Dr. Herbert Arnold; daughter Patrice Belofsky; son Dr. Robert Arnold; sister Roslyn Sydell; sister Lyla Altschul; 6 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren (and one on the way).
A funeral service will occur at 11:00 AM at Beth Israel Cemetery in the Sanctuary of Israel Mausoleum, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095 followed by an entombment.
The period of mourning will be observed on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 following the committal at the residence of Dr. Robert & Mrs. Alessandra Arnold. It will also be observed on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday, September 27, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the residence of Dr. Herbert Arnold.
