Rachel Katz, 87, of Marlboro, NJ, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015. She is survived by her Children: Esther Hartstein and her husband, Stuart;Zalman Katz and his wife, Andrea; and Nava Birnberg and her husband Sam, a Brother: Avram Kialli and a Sister: Esther Beder, 6 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren as well as many other family members in Israel. Funeral arrangements are by Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726. Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the funeral home. The burial will follow at the Freehold Hebrew Benevolent Society, Freehold, NJ. The family will be observing Shiva at the Katz residence, 1 Thrasher Court, Marlboro, NJ 07746. They will be sitting Tuesday after the burial, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 3-7pm.
