Ralph Zimmer, 83 of Monroe Township, N.J. died Friday, April 25, 2014 at his residence. Born in the Bronx, N.Y. He lived in Marlboro, N.J. for many years before moving to Monroe Township, N.J. Mr. Zimmer worked on Wall Street in New York City for many years. He was an avid sports enthusiast, including swimming, bowling and shuffle board. As a youth he tried out for Major League baseball.He was the son of the late Sam and Minnie Zimmer. He was pre-deceased by his late wife Elaine Zimmer in 1989 and his siblings Joseph Zimmer, Edythe Wein and Norman Zimmer. Surviving are his daughters Robyn (Ralph) Mazzoni and Beth Castilla and his loving grandchildren. Mark, Ella and Cali. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews .Graveside services will be held at Beth Moses Cemetery Farmindale, N.Y. on Monday April 28, 2014 at 11:00AM.
