Richard Novick, 93, of Marlboro passed away on October 1, 2016. Born in Brooklyn, he lived in Uniondale New York until 1989 when he moved to Marlboro. He was an avid post card collector and was profiled in the News Transcript on September 7, 2011. He was predeceased by his loving wife Anita in 2012 and is survived by his two children, Marian and her husband Marc Gorenstein of Needham Massachusetts, and Alan and his wife Diane Novick also of Needham Massachusetts. He is also survived by his three loving grandchildren, Seth and Aaron Gorenstein, and Rachel Novick. Graveside Services will be held at Mt. Sinai Cemetery, 361 NJ-79, Morganville, NJ 07751 on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 1:00 pm. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation. www.alz.org
