Robert received his Associates Degree from Queens Community College. He worked as a Window Washer for various hotel chains throughout his career.
Some of Robert's interests included math, football and watching movies. Many people don't know that at one point, he even tried out for the NY Jets. He had an astute memory which enabled him to recall "the little things" that most of us forget. Above all, he deeply cared about his family and only wanted the very best for them.
Robert was predeceased by his wife, Karen, in 2020, and his beloved parents Herbert and Estelle Cantor. He's survived by a daughter, Rebecca Cantor, of Briarwood, NY.
A graveside service for will be held at 12:30pm on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1075 Woodbridge Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
