Shirley Klionsky

Shirley is survived by her daughter Rona Burke (Michael Strasser); her son Howard Klionsky; and her son Mark (Yumi) Klionsky; her grandchildren Caitlin (Mark Pagan) Burke, Jason (Margaret Massimo) Burke, David (Julia Schwarz) Klionsky, Adam (Savannah Sousa)Klionsky, Sarah and Steve Shapiro, Alyssa Strasser, William, Nicholas and Amanda Schweizer and her great-grandchildren Ada Klionsky, Joseph Burke, Dylan and Alina Shapiro,.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Hyman Klionsky (January, 1986); her son-in-law Richard Burke.

Funeral Services for Shirley will be held Friday, April 7, 2023 from 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726. Family will receive guests beginning at 10:15 am.

Burial will be at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, 189 Gill Lane, Iselin, NJ 08830.

The Period of Mourning will be observed at the Burke Residence following the burial on Friday and also on Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM..

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Deborah Heart and Lung center or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Shirley's memory may be made to Deborah Heart and Lung Center, 200 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, New Jersey 08015 US; and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
