Sydell is survived by her daughter Cheryl Hoffman, her son Scott (Michele) Hoffman, and her two grandchildren; Lauren, and Matthew Hoffman.
Graveside Services will be held under the direction of Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Flushing, NY at 11:00 AM.
The family will be sitting shiva at Scott's home on Wednesday after the burial until 9pm, and Thursday from 2-5pm, and 7-9pm. Shiva will resume at the late residence from 2-8pm on Friday.
