Christos was a family man, although he missed his wife Mary since she had passed away 20 years ago, he still had so much love from his wonderful family. He enjoyed Saturday dinners with everyone, his brother and best friend, Leo, his four grandchildren, and granddogs Mia, Sadie and Chloe were his everything.
Christos served in the U.S. Army during WWII in the Battle of the Bulge, where he received many honorary medals including a Purple Heart. He spent his winters in Hollywood, FL, had many friends at the coffee house, loved watching all Boston sports, especially the Red Sox, and enjoyed both the racetrack and vacations to Foxwoods. He started his days at his beloved Belmont Hall with his "breakfast club" friends and family-like staff where he would sing often. His love of music was a gift he shared as well as his comfort.
Christos is survived by his two children, Harry and his wife Sue, Athena and her husband Dan, his brother Leo, sister Vasiliki, four grandchildren, Peter, Kristen, Christopher, and Alexandrea. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sisters, Athena, Martha, and Katherine, and his brother James.
Services will be held privately.
