H. Mary Kijek

H. Mary Kijek 85, of Bow died on March 18, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 16, 1926 in Middlebury, VT the daughter of Paul and Catherine (McNally) Kidder. She grew up in Vermont and was educated in the Middlebury School System.

Mary relocated to New Hampshire in 1955 and was employed for many years as an administrative assistant by the New England Telephone Company.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed times spent with her family and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Frank Kijek in December 1997.

Members of her family include her son F. Steven Kijek of Washington DC, her two daughters Patricia Scott and Susan Dufresne and her husband Mark all of Bow, five grandchildren Raymond Scott and Joseph Scott both of Manchester, Samantha Scott of Carpinteria, CA, Mallory Dufresne of Bow and Beau Dufresne of Mt. View, CA, her two great-grandchildren Trevor Scott and Cameron Scott both of Manchester and her sister Elizabeth Jane Williams of So. Burlington, VT.

There are no calling hours. A private committal service will be held at a later date. The McHugh Funeral Home in Manchester is assisting the family with the arrangements.
