Juanita M. Clancy

Juanita Clancy 1/26/38 – 2/20/2025 passed peacefully surrounded by her family. She was preceded by her mother; Edith Sally Paige of Londonderry, NH and her father; Ferdinand Legere of Oxnard, Cal., her brother; Fred R. Legere of Wildwood, Alberta Canada; her sister; Sharon Grencius, Oxnard, Cal, her sister; Margaret Burnett of Milton, VT, her son in law; Ron Montplaisir of Manchester, NH, and her son in law; Merle Shaw of Franklin, NH, her grandson; Kristopher Bennett of VA, her great granddaughter; Alexiana Marie of Jacksonville, FL, and her great grandson; Andrew Colon of Manchester, NH.

She is survived by her siblings, Charlene Tupta of Ramona, CAL, Christene Edens and Bruce, of Zearing, Iowa, Roseann David of San Diego, Cal, Toni Carver of Manchester, NH. Her lifelong best friend- ex-husband and the father of her children; Edward Clancy of the Maple Leaf Nursing Home, Manchester, NH. Her children; Lisa Marcoux of Jacksonville FL, Tina and Ray Racicot of Auburn, NH, Russell and Carla Clancy of Pembroke, NH, LeeAnn Clancy of Franklin, NH, Karen Montplaisir of Manchester, NH, Arthur and Mai Clancy of New Boston, NH, Benjamin Clancy and Shannon Ouellelle of Manchester, NH,

Her Grandchildren; Tim Pybas, Tania Blanton, Angie Blanton, Amy Marcoux, Sarah Wilson, Corey Randlett, Adam Bemis, Joshua Bemis, Matthew Bemis, Beth Ann Mee, Nathan Racicot, Rusty Clancy, Joseph Clancy, Shaughn Clancy, Michael Clancy, Catrina Bachler, Heidi Gingras, katana Clancy, Autumn Clancy and Ricky Kosterow and 50 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.

She worked at the Elliot hospital for 20 years; she loved bingo and going to Foxwoods with children and grandchildren. She loved to travel, going out to eat and shopping. She never met a stranger who didn’t become a friend.

She resided at the maple leaf nursing home, where she very quickly became friend with the staff and the residents. They all loved her. Everyone who knew her loved her, no one ever had a bad thing to say about her. She was extremely religious.

Calling hours for Juanita will be held on March 13,2025 from 5pm to 7pm at the McHugh Funeral Home 283 Hanover St. Manchester, NH. On March 14, 2025 at 10:00 am A Funeral Service will be held at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 190 Meetinghouse Road, Bedford, NH 03110.

She will be held at the Longmeadow Church in Auburn, NH until her burial in April at the Longmeadow Cemetery. All are welcome to come pray with her during services.
