

Lee-Ann M. (Bowden) Kirk, 48, of Manchester passed away July 30, 2013 at the Elliot Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born in Manchester on September 5, 1964 the daughter of the late Leander Edward and Doris (Deslauriers) Bowden.
A lifelong resident of Manchester, she was educated in the local school system and was a graduate of Central High School, class of 1982. She had been employed by Data General for several years and has owned and operated the Safety First Driving School for many years.
Lee-Ann treasured people and animals and loved music and dancing. She relished time under the sun at the beach and was known as a talented interior decorator with a flair for the Victorian style. She enjoyed being the hostess for family gatherings and provided plentiful servings of food as well as her special treat, Kahlua Truffle.
Lee-Ann is survived by her loving son, Dylan James Kirk of Manchester; siblings Sandra Towle of Candia, Donald Vandal of Hooksett, Janice Donnelly of Manchester, Karen Asselin and her fiancée, Ronnie Lievens of Manchester, Denise Laliberte and her husband Donald of Bedford, Bruce Vandal and his wife Grace of Mystic, CT, Kathleen Martin of Concord, NH and Gary Bowden of Manchester; nieces and nephews, Terry, Adam, Eddie and Aaron Towle; Maureen and Christine Vandal; Dana and Brandon Constant; Kerri Limoges and Rae-Ann Asselin; April, Megan and Andrew Laliberte; Keith, David and Martha Vandal; Jeffrey Martin, and several grandnieces and nephews. She was pre deceased by a brother, Stephen W. Bowden, and a nephew, Michael A. Martin, II.
Private services will be held at the discretion of the family. The McHugh Funeral Home, 283 Hanover St., Manchester has been entrusted with the arrangements.
