May 23, 1930February 13, 2018

Maurice E. Boisvert, Sr., 87, of Goffstown, passed away on February 13, 2018 at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. He was born in Manchester on May 23, 1930 the son of Fortunat and Estelle (St. Hilaire) Boisvert. He grew up in Manchester and was educated in the local school system.

He was a proud veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean Conflict. Following his discharge he was employed as a machinist at the Seal Tanning Company for many years. He was also employed at the Sullivan Tire Company. He was married to the love of his life, the former Cecile M. Cote, on January 26, 1957 and together they shared 36 years of life and love until her passing in 1993. Maurice was a hard working man whose family always came first and to say he loved life wouldn’t begin to explain him. He loved getting together with family and friends and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. He will be fondly remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend.

In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by his son Maurice E. Boisvert, Jr., in January.
