

Born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 6, 1948, she was the daughter to the late James and Patricia (Reagan) McDonald. She was raised and educated in Dorchester and Chelsea, graduating from Chelsea High School.
Pat was a successful restaurant manager for many years. She started her management journey at McDonald’s in Peabody, Mass. Later she managed at a Burger King in Danvers Mass, where she met her husband, Michael.
Pat took delight in a good golf game and visiting the White Mountains, especially Waterville Valley. Blessed with a green thumb, Pat enjoyed gardening, particularly her many house plants. She will be remembered most for her delicious thanksgiving meals, her zest for life and her humorous well-timed sarcasm. She leaves a bold legacy of being unapologetically herself, a force of nature with a heart of gold.
Pat is lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband, Michael Smith of 36 years; four children, Eric Kozlovskis and his wife, Darlene of Billerica, MA, Ronnie Kozlovskis of Wilmington, MA, Christine Veator and her partner, Jon Bouchard of Allenstown, NH and Damon Kozlovskis and his partner, Dinah of Boynton Beach, FL; five grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Cassidy, Emily and Kiley; two sisters, Ellen Quartone and her husband, Joe of Brockton, MA and Maureen McDonald of Revere, MA and sister-in-law, Sandy Hatch. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her brother, James McDonald.
Pat also leaves behind her beloved felines, Waldo and Midnight.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 5:00-7:00 pm at McHugh Funeral Home, 283 Hanover St, Manchester NH. A Funeral Service will Immediately at 7:00pm.
