Penelope M. Koukos, 60, of San Francisco, CA, formerly of Manchester, died December 31, 2015 at the California Pacific Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born in Manchester on September 10, 1955 the daughter of Telemachus and Chrisoula (Anthony) Koukos. She grew up and was educated in the Queen City before relocating to California where she was employed as a graphic Designer by the Wal-Mart Corporation.
Members of her family include her brother Timothy Koukos, her aunt Helen Reith both of Manchester and her cousin Betty Mangini of Worcester. She was predeceased by her husband John Paulding.
There were no calling hours. Services were private. The family has entrusted the McHugh Funeral Home with her care.
