Alexis was predeceased by her parents, Ronald and Norma Haynes. She is survived by her husband PFC William C. Smalls, III, her daughter Savannah Jackson, her brothers Oscar Valmon of Manchester, NJ, Ricardo Valmon of Manchester, NJ and Andrew Valmon Springfield Heights, MA, and her sisters Vielka Valmon of Glenolden, PA and Jackie Ala of Brook Haven, PA and many cousins and friends.
