Anthony E. Ricciardi Jr.

Anthony "Gene" E. Ricciardi, Jr., age 82, of Toms River, New Jersey passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025, at Community Medical Center in Toms River,NJ. Born and raised in Jersey City, Anthony moved to Roselle in 1969 and then moved to Toms River in 1975.

Anthony was the owner and operator of BTU Control Corp. for 32 years, which was located in Toms River and served all of Ocean County. He was a member of the RSCS Refrigerator Society and the Pipefitters Local 475.

He enjoyed riding horses and the property he owned with his family and had a love of cars, especially Corvettes, but what he loved the most was spending time with his family.

Anthony is survived by his former wife of 46 years, Barbara Ricciardi, his sons; Anthony E. Ricciardi, III, and his wife Rebecca, Peter M. Ricciardi and his former wife Gina and Michael J, Ricciardi and his wife Gabriella, his grandchildren; Michael John, Tyler, Lucia, Anthony Jacob, Matthew, Dominick and Rebecca Rose, step grandchildren; Tanner Namiotka, Danek Namiotka and Nicholas Puccio and step great granddaughter Kaia. He is also survived by his brother John Ricciardi. Anthony was predeceased by his parents, Anthony E. and Lucille Ricciardi, Sr., his sister Grace Marie Kerod and brother Roy Ricciardi.

A visitation for family and friends for Anthony will be held Friday, January 10, 2025 from 2 to 6 pm at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 11 to 11:30 am at the Ocean County Memorial Park Mausoleum, 1722 Silverton Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753.
