Camille (Carminia) Baldyga, 103, of Manchester Township, formerly of Bloomfield, who was born in Newark, NJ on April 19, 1915, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Toms River Community Hospital. Camille had an unwavering faith in God, loved her Rosary, was a member of the St. Valentine’s Church in Bloomfield and is now a member of St. John’s Church in Lakehurst, NJ. Camille lived in Bloomfield for 84 years. She was active in the community . In later years she was a member of the Board of Directors at the Bloomfield Civic Center Seniors, and she was a member of the Watsessing Seniors. After moving to Manchester, Camille enjoyed making new friends with all residents and staff at Manchester Pines.
Camille was predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years, Ray (Chic). She was also predeceased by her sisters, Etta Guerino and Rita Bontempo, and her brother, Hector Bontempo. Camille is survived by her daughter, Barbara Esteves and her husband, Don; her son, Raymond and his wife, Nancy; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2 pm to 5 pm, Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Rd., Manchester, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am, Friday, July 6, 2018 at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church, 619 Chestnut St., Lakehurst, NJ. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
