Charles Joseph Apuzzo

Charles Joseph Apuzzo, 76, of Manchester, NJ, passed away on Wednesday March 8, 2023, at the Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ. Born in Newark, Charles grew up in Irvington and lived in Hillsborough for many years before moving to Manchester in 2008. He worked as a business manager for Cardinal McCarrick High School in South Amboy, NJ. Charles enjoyed boating, fishing and being by the water but what he enjoyed the most was spending time with his family. Charles is survived by his wife of 52 1/2 years, Grace his son Phillip Apuzzo and his wife Debra, and his granddaughter Mattingly. He is also survived by his niece Linda Apuzzo and nephew Anthony Apuzzo, and nephews Justin and Matthew and niece Ysabella. He was predeceased by his brother Anthony and sister-in-law Lorraine. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday March 19, 2023, from 1-5 pm at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charles' memory may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, stjude.org.
