
Ed, 72, of Manchester, passed away at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood, on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2010. Ed was born on October 3, 1938, in Jersey City, where he was also raised. After serving in the Marine Corps, he worked for Union Camp Paper Corp, moving his family up & down the east coast, finally settling in Howell, NJ. Ed then established his own successful business, Raleigh Packaging, Inc. He was a high school offensive line football coach for many local schools ending his career at Brick Memorial High School.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Judy; 3 loving children, Jill and Andy Pavlick, Lance and Debbie Raleigh, Wendy and Chris Zuchristian and his 9 grandchildren who have brought him great joy.
Visitation will be on Friday Jan. 21, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Rd., Manchester, NJ 08759. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday Jan. 22, at 10 am, at St. John's RC Church, 619 Chestnut St., Lakehurst, NJ 08733. In lieu of flowers, remembrances' can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway, 14th Fl, NY, NY, 10004.
