George Brown

George Brown, age 63, of Union Beach, New Jersey, sadly passed away early morning Tuesday, July 12th, 2022. George was born on November 1st, 1958, in Red Bank, New Jersey. He was the son of Brenda Eyles (John Eyles) and the late George W. Brown (Barbara Brown). George graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy in 1976 and continued to be involved with the alumnae.

George loved spending time with friends and family, sharing music, singing, and playing guitar. George was a dedicated professional, and as an electrical engineer, he was well-liked by his coworkers. His supervisor noted that George had not missed a day’s work in over five years. George had a great sense of humor, was a natural comedian always cracking jokes, and enjoyed making everyone laugh. He was generous, loving, and dedicated to his family. If you needed him, he was always there.

George is survived by his sons Sean and Alec; mother Brenda; brothers Thomas (Anna), Robert (Lori), Patrick (Lisa); sister Samantha (Mark); and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his father George and sister Jackie.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home at 3010 Ridgeway Rd, Manchester Township, NJ; please bring a story to share. The interment service will be held the following morning at 9 am at Christ Episcopal Church in Toms River.
