He was predeceased by his first wife, Dolores Evans in 2001 and his son, George J. Evans, Jr. in 2015. Surviving are his second wife of 12 years, Fran Evans; two daughters and sons-in-law, Eileen and Albert Andreotti and Kathleen and Alfred J. Jorgensen; four grandchildren, Erin Jorgensen, Alison Rodriguez, Alfred G. Jorgensen and Gabrielle Evans; great-grandchild, Isabelle Rodriguez; two stepsons, Daniel and Shawn Gudauskas and his wife Heather; and two step-grandchildren, Larry and Garrett Gudauskas.
Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, Friday at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Rd., Manchester.
