Helen R. Mc Munn

Helen "Ella" Mc Munn, 92, of Manchester went home to be with God on Sunday November 11, at Van Dyke Hospice at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Harthill, Scotland, she emigrated to the United States in 1928. She grew up in Newark and moved to Kearny in 1948 where she resided until her retirement in 1986. She was a long time member of the Daughters of Scotia and The Lakehurst Presbyterian Church.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Harry in 1969, and her cherished daughter Barbara in 2004. Surviving are her children and their spouses Gregg and Mary Mc Munn of Bexley, OH. and Kathy and Richard Capalbo of Chesterfield, MI., six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Ella devoted her life to the family and friends and will be missed by those who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to call from 2-4 and 7-9 PM Friday at the Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. A funeral service will be held 9 AM Saturday at the funeral, entombment will follow at Rosemount Memorial Park, Elizabeth.
