Josephine Elaine Iacono, of Renaissance, Manchester, NJ passed away on Monday. She was born and lived in Brooklyn, NY most of her life before moving to Manchester in 2005. She was a personnel manager with New york Telephone before working many years with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She was a Eucharistic minister, member of the choir and past president of Senior Organization at St. John the Evangelist, Brooklyn, NY. She was a wonderful cook and a very creative person; loved knitting and crocheting ans would knit hats for newborns at Kimball Medical Center. She is survived by her partner of forty years; Nancy Zambello, her sister; Phyllis De Cristofaro and niece; Jana. Visitation will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. John's Church, Lakehurst, NJ on Thursday at 9:30am. Interment to follow at St. Mary's of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood, NJ.
