Karen Ferone, daughter of Carmen and Margaret Ferone, passed away at the age of 69 leaving behind a legacy of love, warmth, and treasured memories. Born and raised in Staten Island, NY, Karen lived in Colonia and Piscataway, before moving to Manchester 12 years ago. She worked on the trading floor at Chase Manhattan Bank, Volvo, and Citicorp. Karen was a woman of many passions, embracing life with a deep love for baking, cooking, and caring for her plants. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her home, as she found great joy in coordinating events, volunteering, and being actively involved with the board and community. Karen was a great cook and loved a hot cup of tea, especially a lemon ginger flavor. She loved to travel the world, visiting Germany, Switzerland and Italy. She also was very passionate about Reiki and crystals.
Karen’s warmth, generosity, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Karen is survived by her brothers Robert Ferone and his wife Amelia Ferone, Joseph Ferone and his wife Ida Ferone, and her sister Loriann Fetto and her husband Robert Fetto.
