

Litria “Lidia” Scodella, 83, of Jackson passed away on Sunday November 27, 2016 at Care One in Jackson. Born in Solarino, Italy Litria spent her childhood there and moved to Paterson, NJ in 1970 before settling in Jackson in 1998. Employed by the B&B Coat Factory in Paterson, NJ Lidia worked as a seamstress. She enjoyed cooking and was known for her delicious pizza, bread and honeyballs. In her spare time she also enjoyed quilting especially for her grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband Sebastiano in 2005 Litria is survived by her loving children, Giuseppe and his wife Cettina of Connecticut, Anna Diana and her husband Antonio of Jackson, Paul and his wife Jennifer of Toms River, her devoted grandchildren, Linda, Josephine, Sally, Lidia, Joe, Litria and Gina, and nine great grandchildren. Litria is also survived by her brother Salvatore Pirruccio and his wife Maria of Wayne, NJ.
A visitation will be held Saturday December 3rd from 4pm-8pm, with a funeral service to be held at 5:30 pm, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Rd. Manchester, NJ 08759.
