Naomi Gilda Marchewka

Naomi Gilda Marchewka, 73, of Manchester passed away Friday, April 10, 2015 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Newark, she was a resident of West Orange, Dania Beach, FL and South Portland, ME before moving to Manchester three years ago. Mrs. Marchewka graduated from American University and worked as a legal secretary for ten years for Corella, Byrne, Bain and Gilfillan and also for Raven Greenberg and Marks. Mrs. Marchewka was a travel agent as well. She was very artistic, and her talent was expressed in her creative knitting and crafting. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother, who also had a special place in her heart for dogs.

She was predeceased by her beloved son, Alexander Gruskin in 2015. Surviving are her adored husband of 28 years, John “Jack” Marchewka; her beloved children, Edward Gruskin, Esther Higgins, Brian Marchewka, Christopher Marchewka, Robert Nash, Michael Nash and Denine Nash; and 21 cherished grandchildren.
