
Alan G. Worley, 36, of Mansfield, died Tuesday, April 26, 2005, at his home after a brave and courageous battle with lung cancer. Born January 12, 1969, in Mansfield, he was the son of Glenn and Lyla Lynch Worley. He was employed at Bookmasters, Inc. in Ashland as a Graphic Designer. Alan graduated from Madison High School and graduated with an associate's degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and was a great artist. He was a member of Lincoln Heights Baptist Church. Alan was also a member of the N.R.A. and enjoyed hunting, archery and 4 wheeling. He also enjoyed music, especially playing the drums.
He is survived by his fiancée, Jill Kolmansberger and her children, Michael and Amanda; parents, Lyla and Glenn Worley; sister, Linda Carrocci and her husband, Michael and their son, Adam; sister, Sharon Scheurer and her husband, Mark, and their children, David, Leah, Hope, and Anna; sister, Becky Keith and her husband, Tom, and their children, Joshua, Lara and Ryan; and a special cousin, Marcia Kelley; grandmother, Jackie Worley; and lifelong friend, Bryan Klupp.
Friends may call at the Ontario home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Friday, April 29 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Mike Wilson. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio or Lincoln Heights Baptist Church.
