Albert Toth

Albert J. Toth, 80, of Mansfield, died unexpectedly Tuesday, September 12, 2006, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born July 21, 1926, in Yorkville, Ohio, he was the son of Alex G. and Anna S. Santa Toth. He retired from Mansfield Tire and Rubber Company and Hartman Electric. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bellville. He was a lifetime member of V.F.W. Post #9943 and Amvets Post #43 in Bellville. Mr. Toth enjoyed gardening, fishing and cooking. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by two sons, Randy Toth and Greg Toth, both of Crestline; three stepsons, Curtis Conrad of Crestline, Randy Vicki Conrad of Mansfield and Rob Lisa Kurth of Ft. Collins, CO; sixteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Toth in October 2002, son, Terry Toth, parents, and stepfather, Howard Braden.

Friends may call Thursday, September 15 from 6-8 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Douglas J. Pretorius officiating. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church of Bellville.
