Barbara Ann Rowe

Barbara Ann Rowe, 70, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday morning, June 1, 2019, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. She was born June 20, 1948, in South Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Marcellus Marion and Viola Mae Lunsford Hawkins.

She worked for over 30 years at Crane Plumbing where she later retired. Barbara enjoyed playing Bingo, going to garage sales and reading books. She also loved to go camping. With a loving heart, Barbara had made a courageous decision to give her sister, Deborah, one of her kidneys.

Barbara is survived by her two daughters, Denise Rowe and Nichole Rowe, both of Mansfield; two grandchildren, Jeffrey Swinning Jr. and Kaitlyn Taylor, both of Mansfield; sister, Patricia Price of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert "Bobby" Rowe; two brothers, Steve and Jim Hawkins; and two sisters, Ella Stewart and Deborah Hall.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2019, at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield with a funeral service to follow at 4:00 p.m.
