

Barbara Kay Noblet Ward, 52, of Perrysville, died Monday morning April 11, 2005 at her home after an extended illness. Born July 16, 1952 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Harold George Noblet, Sr. and Anna Lucille Crider Barber. She worked at Jac-Lin Manor in Loudonville for 19 years. She really took pride in her work and loved working with the residents and co-workers and made many friends. She received the employee of the month numerous times and also received the Hero of Long Term Care Award. Barb loved playing BINGO and always called Forty with her BINGO buddies. She loved her family and friends and always attended family gatherings and was the life of the party. She also enjoyed street fairs and shopping.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Carl L. Ward, Jr., whom she married August 5, 1978; three special daughters and sons-in-law, Anna and Chuck Corwin of Butler, Rebecca McQuillen of Bellville and Todd McQuillen of Mansfield, Emma and Rick Bartram of Perrysville; seven really loved grandchildren, Ashley Ann, Bryan Keith, and Blake Ryan Banks, Dicxie Lynne and Ricky Joe Bartram, and Dale Michael and Daytona Angel Lynne McQuillen; mother and stepfather, Anna Lucille and John Barber; three brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Sue Noblet of Mansfield, Ron and Gail Noblet of Mansfield, and Doug and Pam Noblet of Bellville; she was a wonderful aunt to many nieces and nephews; big brother, Raymond Ward of Hawaii. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold George Noblet, Sr.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday April 14, 2005 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held Friday April 15 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Brian Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Barb and her family would like to make a special thank you to all involved with the baked goods benefits and turkey shoot benefits.
