She loved going out to eat with her family, hanging out with her friends from Walgreen's, and decorating for the holidays.
Beate is survived by her sons, Charles White and Jimmy (Tammy) Davis; her grandchildren, who knew her as "oma", Carlene, Jessica, Dalana, and Taylor; 6 great-grandchildren, who knew her as "tick-tock oma"; her brothers, John and Jerry; and her sister, Diane.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marga (Weiss) Harrod.
A gathering for family and friends will be held from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 23, 2019 at the Wappner Cremation Center, 1327 Ashland Road, Mansfield.
