Betty J. Hardin

Betty J. Hardin, 86, of Mansfield went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at her home. She was born on November 5, 1931 in Mansfield, Ohio to the late Lester and Katherine (Merkle) Sutton.

Betty had a profound love for God, was a great prayer warrior, and enjoyed passing out tracts to help lead others to Christ. She was a member of the Community Bible Church and Diamond Hill Cathedral.

She is survived by her children, Betty (Bill) Lucas, Bonnie Miller, and Clint Jr. (Julie) Hardin all of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Jackie Martin, Angie Miller, Sean (Ashlee) Lucas and Jaime Lucas; three great-grandchildren, Audrey, Delaney and Jayden; and a very good friend, Donna. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clint Hardin; and a son-in-law, Ken Miller.

Friends and family may visit from 10:00-11:00 am on Friday, January 19, 2018 at the Community Bible Church, 1043 Springmill Street Mansfield, OH 44906. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at the church. Betty will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Bible Church.
