Bonnie Lee Thompson, 76, of Mansfield, died Thursday, February 1, 2007, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born July 9, 1930 in Somerton, Ohio, she was the daughter of Ernest E. and Verna Bunfill Reeves. An area homemaker, Bonnie enjoyed reading, working on crossword puzzles and listening to country music.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Rodney Morris of Columbus; grandson, Thomas Amy Jo Morris of Columbus; and two great-grandchildren, Rhett David Morris and Rowan Hope Morris, both of Columbus. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas L. Wade, 2nd husband, Richard A. Thompson, great-granddaughter, Carys Rose Morris and parents.
Friends may call Monday, February 5 from 5-8 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Chaplain Alden Thibeau. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain, Ohio.
