Carrie Lynn Augustine Carroll

Carrie Lynn Augustine Carroll, 37, of Mansfield, passed away Thursday evening, December 24, 2015, at Hospice House in Ashland, Ohio. She was born March 3, 1978, in Mansfield, Ohio, and was a lifelong resident.

Carrie attended Madison High School. She was the most honest person you would ever meet and never told a lie. She loved helping others, was a loving mother, and had a heart bigger than you can imagine.

Carrie is survived by four children, Tad Rhodes, Taylor Rhodes, Kelsey Cool, and Nathan Carroll; a granddaughter, Trinity O'Leary; parents, Rick and Mary (Fife) Augustine; husband, Duane Carroll; sister, Chrissy (Jason) Richie; nieces and nephews, Haylee, Noah, Madeline and Mason; great-niece, Kinley Augustine; aunts, Marcella Schoonyan and Jonette Spreng; aunt and uncle, Nancy and John Blatter; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, John and Rosemary Fife; paternal grandparents, Anthony and Alice Augustine; and uncle, Larry Fife.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Monday, December 28, 2015, in the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield. The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to benefit her children.
