Catherine Arrington

Catherine Sue Arrington, 53, of Mansfield died Wednesday afternoon, April 9, 2003 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital after an extended illness. Catherine was born October 13, 1949 in Humboldt, Tennessee to the late Buddy and Lulu Morris Broaden. She came to Mansfield in 1957 where she attended Hedges, Sherman and Libbey High School in Toledo, Ohio. She attended Ohio State University. She worked at Swan Cleaners, Essex Wire and North American Knitting Mill. Catherine loved to play Bingo and enjoyed art and crafts.

She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Arrington, III, whom she married December 6, 1968; three daughters, Rondala Broaden, Robin, and Rachael Arrington, all of Mansfield, Eleanor Williams, of Toledo, Ohio; two sons, Robert Arrington IV and Ryan Edward Arrington, both of Mansfield; sister, Ella May Broaden Nettles of Louisiana; four brothers, Stanley, Charles, Joe Nesbitt, and Mike Carla Morris; close cousins, Clarence and Donnie Wright; sisters-in-law, Carmen John Wright, Barbara Richard Jenrett, Michele Denise Arrington, Lorraine Jones, Tracy L.B., Allison, Lisa Darrell Hill; brothers-in-law, Ray Ethel Arrington, Richard Arrington, Rodney Arrington, Reggie Deanna Arrington, Randy Jean Arrington; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jerry W. Nesbitt.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors one hour prior to funeral services, Saturday, April 12 at 1:30 p.m. Reed Atwater will conduct services. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family. Friends will be received at 612 Grant Street.
