Clarence Kanady

He had worked at Perfection Manufacturing and retired from Schmidt Security. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. He enjoyed watching old westerns, especially with John Wayne, old cars and going to flea markets but his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his children, grandchildren and pets.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Darilyn (Lape) Kanady; a daughter, Clarice (Tom) Browning of Ontario; a son, Darrick (Missy) Kanady of Mansfield; and eight grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Taryn, Cammy and Calley Browning, Ethan Kanady, and Cayden and Caleb Caudell. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road, Ontario. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2010 Park Avenue West, Ontario conducted by Pastor Carol Kilgore. Burial will follow in Ontario Cemetery.
